They... should be fine. At the end of it, after I became Overlord, there was a in-between state, where I was vulnerable to still dying. The angels tried to take advantage of that by sending humans after me and promising them that if they killed me, then they'd be spared.

But I ended up... Leaving the human realm, to fight with the Angels in their own home realm so that no humans would get caught up in my war. I didn't want anyone else involved, and I didn't want anyone else to get hurt.
