[ Emerald's yoga class is a very interesting one. It's actually generated some buzz in the zen-o-sphere because of its... unique take on mindfulness. Emerald's yoga pedagogy is centered around the idea that if you are talking, you are not listening. In order to understand yourself, you need to listen to yourself and the world around you. In other words, Emerald's entire classroom policy is 'shut up for an hour or get out of my studio.' She should probably give some credit to Neo for the inspiration and the idea that you don't need to speak to communicate, and as such she simply has a powerpoint that says the names of the positions, which she then takes the lead in showing them how to do before going and correcting anyone to get them into the stance a little better. (She's at least good at the physical part, even if she doesn't really meet the 'spiritual leader' criteria as well as she's pretending to.) It meets three times a week and has gotten surprisingly popular among the more introverted people who finally feel like they have a place to go that they can get fit without having to talk to people.
Which is why Emerald is a little surprised to see Weiss there, since Weiss likes talking to people. Then again, there are a couple of other people in the class she's pretty sure are just there for the challenge or it was the only one that met their schedule and they keep trying to talk anyway. Either way, she points to an empty space when Weiss walks in since there are a couple spots for a fresh yoga mat, though there's a questioning expression on her face. ]
