I don't know much about you, but I know that amount of hair takes a lot of time to care for, so it's important to you.

[ Emerald also takes care of her hair!! But hers is way thinner and she only has small parts of it long, and it still takes a hecking long time to dry. ]

And you don't want to talk to me about fighting stuff because you're not going to like it with a bad guy, so I don't really know anything else about you.

[ So hair is the only thing she could possibly think they would have in common. ]

I think I should just head back. I need a shower.
